Mentors

What exactly is the mentor's job?

The mentor's job is exactly what it sounds like, a spiritual teacher. The mentor's job is to teach, help, come up with suggestions but never ever do the task for us.

A mentor is there to tell you how you can be better, on every aspect, whether it's in personal life or a school issue. A mentor is not like your every day teacher, especially a robotics one. By working together for so many hours, you form a bound with him, in a special way, he doesn't just grade you, and he helps you do so well so a 100 is the only option.

In conclusion, a mentor is not there to just teach you, or fix something that you've broke, he's there to teach you about yourself and your abilities. If you'll break something, he will teach you how to fix it, but you will fix it, and you will be the one that eventually could say has achieved something.
